One big lesson I have learned is: Someone else’s opinion of me are actually none of my business. I live for God and for myself. Be happy with me and that’s all that matters
  • What I've learned over time is to not dwell in the past-- on past mistakes or past choices or even think too long about good times and what was. It doesn't serve us to take ourselves from the present and what is happening right here, right now. Every "now" will become a memory. Let them be happy and keep looking forward to what we can create and change and be.

The biggest lesson I have learned is summed up by a quote from Maya Angelo: “When people show you who they are believe them the first time”.
  • Happy birthday! At 66, I can attest to the idea that every decade gets better! Today is my 44th wedding anniversary. It's a wonderful day!

I'm nearing my 58th birthday. I always struggled with love from other people. Now I choose to love myself harder than anyone can or willing to.

I will be 47 this month and I have learned to keep my mouth shut. I am also learning to watch my facial expressions as they have gotten me into big trouble. Burned multiple times. Every year is a journey, never stop growing for YOU. In the end, it’s just me and the Lord.

I’ve learned over the years (shy of my 49th birthday) to do something that brings you JOY everyday!! 💕 👸🏼

Thank you so much! I needed this today! ❤ God bless you! My most important life lesson: VALUE the person in front of Me - the cashier, family member, co-worker, friend or whoever - smile, be kind, treat them with so much VALUE because they are precious and my bright smile and warmth is just what they need!

At 23 I’ve learned never idolize anyone or anything to be a source of your entire fulfillment. Have a wide range of happiness sources like hobbies/ friends, spiritual source, etc. social media has taught my generation that we need superficial means to obtain happiness instead of working from the inside out

I am 41. My greatest life lesson I have learned over the past 20 years is that hard times and traumatic experiences are the MOST important catalyst for personal growth. ❤

Happy Birthday!🎉 My biggest lessons at 51 years young: be a solution oriented thinker rather than problem minded, this too will pass, smile as often as possible-it lightens the soul and brightens other people up, do it with love even if it isn’t always something that brings you joy, be present-act with intention-let it go already. 😊

I’ll be 44 years old in August and I’ve learned how important it is to take risks. Try something new, even if it’s small. It keeps life interesting. I’ve also learned that it’s okay to let go of people and things that are not in alignment with me and where I’m going. It can be painful but necessary to let people go when it’s time or if you’ve been given a sign that they don’t belong in your life. New and better things will come ❤

To live in the moment! Lost my health at 50, I’m now 59 so I take each day and try to really focus on the present. 🤩🙏💛
  • One big lesson is that don’t believe people who said you are not enough(smart enough). Actually I am enough, I completed my PhD and still I feel like I have many more milestones to achieve. I am just starting my 40s. Thank you for being a lamp for us !!
  • Happy Birthday Sophie! Welcome to the 60’s club!! Wishing you a beautiful day! I have learned that when people hurt me, it is due to their own insecurities or regrets and that it is never too late to follow our dreams and passions! Thank you for all you do for so many! 💕
  • @linda-747
A very Happy, Healthy, Belated Birthday Sophie! And many more. I've learned that when I get overwhelmed with household chores to remember that, I have a home, dirty laundry because I have clothes, dirty dishes because I have food, etc. I try to remember to be thankful for all I have. I have a tendency to dwell on the negative, so working on the positive. Thank you for being the person you are and all you do for women.
