I wish they had released a version of this song. It's SO MUCH BETTER than the album version.
-
"we can talk on the internet" means so much more now. LOL this was almost 30 years ago
-
I'm glad I found this. I thought this song was something I made up in my head, but I remembered this scene so well!
-
The note actually says, wherever you go, we will always be together. TT_TT I just finished college and my friends and I have moved all over the world and this is very much how I feel.
-
Oh gosh I could feel my childhood flashing before my eyes...I really miss being a kid...
-
This scene always makes me cry. Sailor Mercury was my cousin's best friend and she died several years ago.
-
"Friendship is something that money can't buy."
-
Its even colder then when we fought queen Beryl Try not to think about it I died
-
I think I like this one more than the soundtrack version.
-
Yeah, that's Shandi Sinnamon. She actually had some success in Japan!
-
If only they did this version without the dialog because I would love this version without the dialog.
-
@MetalPharoah There are 2 versions of Only a Memory Away. This one wasn't released on the CD.
-
OMG! This is so sad! I burst into tears everytime she holds up her Mercury pen in front of her face. I love both versions of "Only A Memory Away". You should really do all the DiC dub songs scenes in high quality!
-
I really wish this was the version they had released on the CD =(
-
I'm still stumped why the OST and TV versions are so different.
-
Beautiful. The dub had fantastic music. Thanks so much for the upload.
-
sorry on your loss. This song makes me sad thinking Amy might be gone for good. In fact most of the songs were sad. Carry On, Rainy Day Man, My Only Love.....
-
Wow. This sounds so much different from the album version. I think the vocals on that might be better, but this is nice.
-
"We can talk on the internet" I forgot the internet was around in 1995, I dont imagine my parents had it yet at that time. I assume that line wasn't in the Japanese version which would have probably been like 1993.

@SailorMoonTVBlogspot I wish I didn't have to repeat myself for the 3rd time, but there are 2 versions of Only a Memory Away. This version on this video was NOT released on the CD.
