Its probably physically impossible for something that big to run like that, but i dont care, it looks cool. Also creators took effort to make phantom movement look slow and heavy, as it should be, although since it is eldar creation, it is nimble af for its size.
  • roaming rogue trader walks into the engineering depot TItan: "I used to be an adventurer like you, until I took an phantom blade to the knee" Princeps: "nghh not this again..."

Just once I'd like to see a Holo-field projector putting in work. Make advanced targeting missing by a country mile understandable rather than pretend the most advanced tech in the imperium can't shoot straight.

Oddly what bugs me is that the Eldar Titan didn't try to use that massive rock column for cover. Similar to the Dawn of War III trailer, Elder Titans/Knights seem to be immune to ranged attacks. If they knew who was coming they would have brought some of those giant chainsaws.
  • Tbf the Mechanicus could probably reclaim that titan Seems like it'd only acually need a new leg and left arm and would probably be up and running in like 20 years After the correct blessings by the Omnissia of course

destroyer blades are no joke, they carve through void shields in game to if i remember the rules correctly.

This is the most alien of the Eldar. It perfectly fits their theme. It makes sense in a way that their titans would move differently to that of the imperium.

Risky manover Solid direct hit would've put that Eldar-titan down in near 1-shot Then again, Eldars in general build their stuff for agility and mobility, rather than ability to take the hit And in titan fight, you DON'T get 2nd chances

Wait, Eldar Titan managed to defeat Titan full of plot armour and favouritism belonging to Imperium? What a glorious feat!
  • @DougieMonster31
Dark age of technology titans were pretty much human anatomically shaped and could move the same way and were piloted by AI's

    When a war-machine fights against a farming tool 😂
  • In defense of the Warlord Titan, it probably had the most dogshit setup to face holo fields. Like if he had a plasma annihilator instead of a volcano cannon, he could at least make the eldar trip on molten slag very ungracefully.

And this is living proof as to how the Eldar were technologically top dog in their prime.
  • @corbanbausch9049
And they call the Tau weebs?!? What’s more anime than a giant magic mecha with a sword?
  • @henrycooper3431
Goddamn thats such a cool valley between being slow as heck and being nimble as heck
  • @amirsafwan8491
I've seen a similar move in the second Pacific Rim movie.
  • As much as I love to imagine DAOT humanity titans I'm still of the opinion that Eldar Titans were far more mobile. Oh sure DAOT titans could probably teleport or legit fly like a Gundam (wouldn't be the craziest thing) but when it comes to sheer mobility an Eldar Titan is like a freaking Eva.
