Balloon is moving!

This is really out of the ordinary but I was about ready to go to bed last night and I looked at my balloon's that my husband got me for my birthday last month and noticed that only 1 balloon was moving but not the other 2 I was thinking to myself why is only 1 balloon moving but not the other 2? So I thought that was kinda strange and the AC unit was turned off besides y'all would of heard it anyways over the TV.... Can someone please tell me what's going on with this situation one other thing no hate please and I'll appreciate your comments down below.....
