Another slow travelers ranked Turkeyeh #1 in their list, right next to Alkazar Portugal but cost less in Turkeyeh. One should be fair and cautious and not confuse government sentiments around the world with people's sentiments, their regards for foreigners and their hospitality. My personal ranking for Turkeyeh is 9.5/10 💝💌👌👍🙏

INFLATION IS 150 % A YEAR IN TURKEY. IN ISTANBUL RENT IN A DECENT SUBURB IS $1000, NOTING FOR 556 !!! GROCERIES $270 MORE LIKE A WEEKLY SPENDING. AS A SINGLE PERSON I SPENT 200 A WEEK WITHOUT BUYING PAWNS-CALAMARI-OCTOPUS ..... BOUGHT ONLY FISH. I FOUND COST OF LIVING WAS DOUBLE OF SYDNEY- AUSTRALIA. 🌏🌏🏖

I've been to Istanbul several times and enjoyed it very much. But I think the Internet speed is rather slow for a major city. Also, it is very crowded and busy so if you are looking for a quiet peaceful environment, Istanbul may not be the right choice for you. It's a great place to visit though because there's a lot to see and do and you will never be bored.

I don’t recommend to live in Istanbul Turkey. You have to walk a few blocks just to find taxis pretty much everywhere you go. It’s not convenient. The street food options are very limited.

90 day visa then they give you 30 days to purchase or leave the country. If you do not purchase you cannot retire there.

We were in Istanbul last year. Wow, that place was amazing! Planning on returning in late September or October. The exchange rate is very favorable for western travellers.
