  • 5 years later, all of this is still relevant. Thanks for making timeless pieces of content!

Sharing my work vs sharing work. "There is no MY work." - I feel like this is going to be a huge unlock for people 👏🏼
  • @carlosdrave
God damn it, it's always fear that screws everything up!

This man really just wore his sweater inside-out, or an inside-out looking sweater to get me to comment to get more engagement. 900 IQ play.

Chris Do. You have changed my mindset and that is changing my life. never been so confident about myself
  • @dovilemont6707
He is so calm, those situations would stress me out...

We truly do not own anything. Use as much as you can. Improve on some of them if you can and leave for others to take over. Our time here is stipulated already. Drop self preservation and embrace exploration and creativity. Now, this advice is first for me. Bless up and thank you Sir for these simple truths.
  • I only found out about you days ago, and MAN you share so much value - I have been in this creative block / burn out phase for some time already and just watching your stuff gave me so much pump to go and make something without the pressure of it being good enough which I just firgured out was the root of the block. So refreshing! Keep making these, we are so grateful

Valuable stuff... I'm an introvert and struggle with sharing my process, struggles etc. but watching these videos and seeing Melinda blossom is therapeutic

This is without a doubt the best channel on youtube.. applicable and detailed information, for entrepreneurs and designers who want to be empowered in their fields and successful in their businesses. The future is leading a revolution for millennial and future generational growth in creative fields and business in general. I study what each of these brilliant designers say, and I write down, study and apply everything I can. Chris Do, you may not know me, and most of those who've been impacted by your business and the platform you've developed, but I want to say that one day I hope you get to really see how much you've changed my life, thank you
  • I had to pause the video so i could comment you almost put me in tear once’s you stated about “we are all arguing about old ideas that’s been borrowed” man your videos bring so much value, I’ve only watched a few videos so far but you offer more real world knowledge than my entire business BA 🙏🏽keep up the great work can’t wait to watch more and grow with your advice/ knowledge

6 years later I'm at the same point. Thank you so much for sharing this conversation 🙏

This is a timely post. Even though it is years old, there are plenty of nuggets to learn and follow. It is honest and straightforward about posting and content. This goes against the common talk about constant postings and transferring content from one content to another channel (there is a big name “guru” who stresses otherwise). Chris comes across as humble and honest. Thank you for giving a drop the mic moment about originality. Better MasterClass material from The Futur than from most of the “gurus” I hear from. 🔥

love this series! Melina's story is so relatable. Chris has so much wisdom, esp when it comes to the process and mindset of filtering out the social media feedback we receive which can consume us and affect us. "We're borrowing, using ideas, technologies, process, methods from people before us, otherwise we'd be reinventing everything all the time. What progress would we make?" Well said!
  • @danielmartin7873
Man, there is so much truth and value to your videos, and I can’t tell you enough how appreciative I am that you put this work out there. Thank you for this. 🙏
  • @caroc1630
Wow I love this. I hate posting on social media. I don’t feel confident enough or pretty enough to post a selfie. And now I want to launch my own business and thinking about to post on social media makes me feel overwhelmed. Today in age and specialty rn with the pandemic if we don’t have social media we don’t exist. And it’s something I have been preparing for a few months. I get so anxious and overwhelmed on Instagram. I know a lot of people photoshop but I still feel uncomfortable with myself.

It amazes me, how everytime I feel like I'm facing a roadblock in my design career and journey, I find something in The Futur channel that can help me overcome it. I had many of the same questions Melinda had and I have found some great advice and tips here. Thank you so much! For me, the issue is the whole focus thing. I' still in the beginning of my career and I haven't figured out what area in design I love the most and want to focus on, so for the moment, I'm doing branding, print, illustrations and also some motion design and digital painting projects. I'm not sure if having an Instagram account that has this much variation is a good idea ?! ..
  • @mahibhrmi
you're the best Chris Do ♥ i'm learning WaY MORE than what you say in your videos from you... I'm learning an attitude and way of thinking... you are a successful person and one of the best examples of "there's room for everyone in Succeed and everyone can be successful TOGETHER" . Thank you so much.
  • @hafiz2664
So many gold nuggets in a 30 mins video.
