    I often think potatoes are like fish, that they grow to the size of the tank lol. I have only grown regular potatoes, but have done so in containers and get small to medium sized potatoes. In any case, you multiplied what would have been scraps, and that is always a win. 😊 You had quite a bit that came from your efforts ❀ Congratulations
