i Have max friendship with whis and im level 90, but didnt get the option, do all of his missions/training quests have to be Z rank? because only the first and last mission is Z rank while the 2nd and 3rd one is A and S.

"Time for a little nap" (you fall asleep at start but ki becomes no problem) is best super soul for ssgss, also "you've awoken my true power" xl boost to stam gain but it's actually for ki. Not as good tho. Both last whole fight.
