I personally like longer videos, and I can tell you that I spend way more time than 11 minutes on YouTube . Honestly, watching a longer video, like this one, is just more satisfying than if I spent the same amount of time scrolling through TikTok. But this is just my preference

While TikTok is very addicting, the content you watch on there is usually just entertainment and not beneficial in any way.

Just want to add that TikTok's search engine capability is impressive. I saw a tweet stating that you can use TikTok to search for tutorials, and it's true. The search function works well, and you get 30sec tutorials instead of 15 minute ones on YT

It is kinda surprising that a YouTube session is only 14 minutes on average, I personally spend a lot more time than that on youtube.

Actually, they track your location too. When I went travelling, I got tiktoks that were in other languages and when I came back to the U.S. it all went back to english videos
