Not all almond milk brands are created equal.
There are some that you are better off without while others may be good to consider buying because of their wholesome ingredients.
But if you want to be extra sure about the almond milk you drink, it is always a much better option to make your own.

I make my almond milk by blending 1 tablespoon 100% almond butter with a couple cups of water . You get a nice creamy consistency . You can add Salt and sweetener if you like . Soooo good 😊 👍

We have been using store-bought almond milk for a long time and realize that homemade is much healthier. Main reason we buy is that homemade doesn't keep as long in the fridge, but I think now that it would still be worth it health-wise to make it ourselves. We do keep almonds in the freezer, so we do have the ingredients. Thanks for the reminder about watching the ingredients on everything! How long can you store the home-made almond milk in the fridge?
  • Thank you, great tips. I will try it. It sounds simple and healthy. Thanks. 🙏🥰👍🌹⭐️🌷🌸🌺✝️🌼

I love making my own almond milk. I sometimes make it with a combination of other nuts like Brazil and cashews. I love your idea about not straining it. I might just take that idea since it put it in smoothies and oatmeal. Perfect!
