The hidden gem of New Tampa is Hunters Green. We are essentially a smaller version of Tampa palms but located right next to Flatwoods park. You can see the park from some homes. They just recently built a sprouts fresh kitchen Starbucks first watch and more across the street with a public park around the pond public dog park brand new luxury apts recently built and now they got approval to build a Theatre. All this has happened within the last two years. It is very similar to Tampa palms but a more condensed version of it and it’s more of a community feel. Beautiful public park also it has a giant dog park a lake a soccer field a base field a basketball court beach volleyball multiple tennis courts and a place for the kids to play. It’s one of the nicest public parks I’ve ever seen and it’s inside this community lol.

I just renovated my home in Arbor Greene and the renovations are worth it because you get everything new and the way you like but with this being a newer planned development the homes are already up to modern hurricane standards. Couple that with no flooding due to awesome drainage and no power outages with buried power lines, and it ends up being pretty idealistic.

One nice thing about New Tampa is that the power is primarily underground around the homes and so power outages during hurricanes are rare and it is not an evacuation zone (Zone D). Specifically, Tampa Palms has a very well developed drainage system, so we do not have flash flooding during summer storms.

Can you please do a video on your home town Tarpon Springs? Prices and area look very attractive.

Nice video. Just note we couldn't see the specific parts of the map you were highlighting--only the static map itself.

Random question, I Plan on moving out in December. Do you predict prices to stay the same or maybe decrease during the winter/holidays like Vegas?
  • Can you comment on the schools here? They don't seem to be too highly rated... at least not the high school (Freedom)?
  • What part of New Tampa would be viable that's built up and away from The Preserve with easy access to downtown
