11 years ago today my life changed forever and unfortunately time hasn’t healed my wounds yet I still battle with the trauma and abuse Everyday I feel empty inside but do everything I can to make the best out of this miserable life

Trauma didn’t make me stronger! Trauma made me more sensitive! No child should go through the pain of sexual abuse and being silenced by the adults around

I deserved better! I accept that what happened was out of my control I refuse to forgive my entire family for what was in their control

I don’t want any child to ever believe they are worth being abused if it means their family will spend another holiday together I don’t want any child to ever believe their life isn’t worth living
