Her body language, her dressing sense, her knowledge, her replies.....man, we had some standards back then.
  • @anandas3523
When journalists had guts to ask questions and pm had the guts to answer it live.. 🙂

I can't say how good or bad she was as a prime minister but she had class, elegance, brains, beauty, boldness and courage. Respect!!!

Whether you're a Congress hater or lover, you can't deny the fact that Indira Gandhi is the most beloved Prime Minister Of India ❤
  • After watching kangana's Emergency promo I m watching this video. Is there anyone else also?? 😂😂
  • It's fine to praise Indira Gandhi for how she handled herself here but I don't think people notice how well researched this journalist is. For example, he caught her pretty good here 10:45 and got her to admit to his accusation.
  • Just see the way she is answering. Clean diction, maintained dignity This is how a PM should be
  • This is exactly how political interviews should be conducted. A lot to learn from something that happened more than 40 years ago.

Two minutes of silence for those who think only S Jaishankar can shut the foreign media....Here we have Madam PM replying fearlessly...
  • No teleprompter, awesome replies. The standard is too high. Well informed, aware and bold

She was may be right or wrong but certainly very strong

He looks truly like someone from the 1970’s but apparently she looks like someone from the 2020’s. “timelessness” 👍

This is the year where no ladies in India are given importance. See our former Iron lady who is so calm, confidence, correctly answered without any break. No one has this kind of communication, skills and leadership so far in Indian history
  • I was studying B.Sc. when emergency was declared. Although I do not agree with her several answers, I like the way she answered and faced the press. She was an iron woman.
  • Interviewer: What do you expect the future of India? Mrs Gandhi: For the future of India is for us to decide and we will fight out in India. I don't think it's anybody else's business. 😎🤘
  • I really appreciate Mrs. Indira Gandhi’s prompt answers to the interviewer in such a hostile environment where she’s bombarded with straightforward questions!
  • Very straight interview, sitting face to face answering tough questions calmly, lots of respect, it is because of her and person like her, India is at this stage of development. If such interview is to be faced by the present PM, all ministers who and IT cell will do all out attack to the interviewer, and the interview will be cancelled. The current politicians have a lot to learn.
