Her heat vision scene with red tornado will always be the most momentary and heartfelt scene of this show

All those times she used her full strength it was out of pain and anger. When someone betrayed her, when she felt like she couldn’t do anything to save her loved ones. She was using that pain to channel her rage. When she was fighting with all those other villains I felt that she wasn’t using her full strength because to me Kara is stronger then what she lets on and we get to see that when she uses her pain to channel out her anger. It makes her stronger and more powerful. She will and will always be my favorite superhero

Supergirl and Flash have the Best Emotional Scenes.

The crack in her voice at 1:52 shows just how much she gives in this role and how great this show is

When supergirl first came out, I thought it was ganna be a flop. I was completly snobing it. I couldnt be more wrong. I love the direction of the show. Perfect casting with Mélissa and as a DC fan it made me appreciate supergirl character in ways i never did before. Way to go Supergirl!

Just imagine the first seen without editing: She’s just yelling at nothing

I get goosebumps every time this song plays. You can see the pain in her eyes. Melissa is an amazing actress ♥️

When Kara hugged Alex like that and the music made it more powerful, Gave me the feels.

I know how everyone says the line "she lied to me" is the saddest but for me its the scream. It just shows all her emotions (sadness, anger, grief) and that voice crack really shows what a good actor melaissa is and just adds to the scream even more.

Melissa is so underrated she deserves so much more recognition then what she gets

Can we just take minute to appreciate Blake Neely' s score, Harnessing Anger, in the first fourth, and fifth scene. Like if you hear that, things just got serious.

The first couple of seasons of supergirl were amazing. It wasn't a cheesy superhero show. It was more about her finding her place in this world and summoning powers that she did not know she had for her friends and family. Also the sacrifices and betrayals a person who had super powers who has to control and discipline herself to stop from using them. Melissa played the most vulnerable superhero in history.
  • Goosebumps for Melissa's acting. She's the perfect Supergirl. 😍😍😍. My gosh! They're all so amazing!! 😍😍😍!

Some of these weren’t anger they were screaming in pain

Kara has so much anger behind her smiles and for that I'm grateful because it's accurate to her comic character who is so angry that she becomes a red lantern.

Kara: "You let everyone I love die! You left me alone. You send me away how could you do that?!" Kent Clark: "aM I A jOKe To yOU" Jk just trying to lighten the mood 😂
  • Every time I watch this I get excited seeing Melissa playing super girl I really want to meet all the cast in supergirl . 🤗
