Contemplating about whether you might be insane or not or asking the question to yourself “am I insane?” is actually a sign of sanity

For anyone relating to the sign at 99%, no it doesn't necessarily mean you're going insane it actually means that you're most likely a fictionkin! Now this may sound a little delusional but some people really do relate to fictional characters on a spiritual/mental level which frequently comes from having a good imagination but it's actually a spiritual belief just like other alterhuman beliefs are!
  • Ah, yes. Paranoia, self-harm/poor self-care, and problems with the law aren't NEARLY as concerning as... ✨UNUSUAL FASHION CHOICES✨ *gasp*

I have panic attacks when I’m trying to fall asleep and then I get a big sudden shock while I’m closing my eyes for about 5-20 minutes after I close my eyes. I also don’t talk to my friends a lot because they keep on bullying me

Skin eating at the 97% is probably dermatillomania and not autocannibalism. Dermatillomania is a disorder (that i most likely have) that causes you to constantly pick at or chip parts of your own skin off for no appearant reason. These urges can come from nervousness but also the satisfaction of peeling off and eating your skin since the urges are actually random and uncontrollable. And no, picking at hangnails doesn't make you a dermatillomaniac lol Oh and i should highlight that it's just a compulsive disorder and not really a sign that you're going insane so don't worry! :D
  • I completely disagree with the 40% one. I do the same thing as the description says, have never experienced a major mental issue, and was directly told by my math instructor that “seeing patterns everywhere” is a good thing

  • The first symptom mentioned, being easily annoyed, can also be a symptom of diabetes; I was like that for years before being properly diagnosed and treated. Now, with the proper medication, I am as pleasant as can be.
