Hi Dave! I made this last night. I didn't have balsamic, but I had balsamic salad dressing with honey, so I used that instead. It was delicious! My husband said your recipes are consistently good and he asked me if I have been telling you all the recipes I have made, so here is me telling you: Mac n Cheese and Marry Me Steak..... I love making these dishes on the Stove top, it gives another level flavor!

I hate Walmart produce too, prefer Aldi. Can't wait to try this dish! Love watching your videos, you make me laugh!

Dave, your chicken will still continue to cook when you take it off the heat. You can actually take it off around 160-162 degrees. Thanks again for another great recipe!!
-
Love your apron! You are a hoot! This one looks really good!

Coriander is cilantro. It is the seeds, I know, I didn't know until I moved to Denmark, then I was looking for cilantro, found out it is the same. However, they tend to taste different from fresh leaves and seeds. I use both, when doing a "rub" then crushed or smashed seeds, if I make fresh stuff, then I use fresh leaves. I love your channel, you make me laugh, I feel the same as you in the kitchen! Thank you for all you do :)

Cook those veggies in butter and you could totally add cream to make this sauce creamy! Looks good!

Dave, I tried your marry me chicken and it was fantastic. I am going to make this dish next week. I love Publix but they tend to be on the pricey side. We have a local market called Detwiler's (Palmetto, Fl) and their prices are very good. And I love the rain 🙂

I shop at Publix for my produce

another great vid Dave.

Coriander is the seeds of what becomes cilantro

Wow, that looks so good. I love balsamic vinegar, too. Re the liquid, you did good adding more of both the chicken broth and balsamic. Using a lid would have kept more liquid in the dish vice it evaporating away. Also, using a plastic cutting board will dull knives quickly. A wood cutting board is best. You can "butterfly" a chicken breast to make it a more even thickness so it will cook quicker or put plastic wrap over the chicken breast and pound it flat before cooking it. Anyway, thanks for a new chicken recipe. I can't wait to make this dish!
