  • Played This every single time mama and I went to this local pizza joint "Godfathers pizza" and would play 2-3p with one of me classmates and her sister who were one of the few friends I had growing up. They moved away before first grade was even over, can't even remember their names but hope they're well, phenomenal memories with this game🖤💜

I love how the boss music is straight out of some carnival acid-trip nightmare. It's like they based the style of the music solely on the Simpsons theme

I loved this game. I beat it in casino arcade in Las Vegas in 1991. I played 2 player with some random kid from New York. It was on a family vacation I was 9

Use to play this at my local bowling alley. Sadly it is now closed. Santa Monica is not the same 😕
  • They seriously need to give this game a re-release on modern consoles.

lots of good memories of playing this at my local Cici's pizza back then!

Back in the 90’s my local Pizza Hut had this and Metal Slug. I spent more on the games than I did pizza.

Remember playing a lot but rarely at a local Burger King that used to have it, now a day I play it at a local game store with an arcade. An instant classic for all of us gamers

The Simpsons uses the same game engine and thefore has similar gameplay mechanics as the very popular 1989 arcade game, the animated series, and toy line, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, also by Konami. This is similar to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game score system. The game was released in arcades on March 4, 1991. It was first video game based on the Simpsons franchise to be released in North America. This arcade game allows up to four players to control members of the Simpson family as they fight various enemies to rescue the kidnapped Maggie.I was in Maryland when this game came out. It was a commercial success in the United States, where it was one of the top 3 best-selling arcade video game machines of 1991, The game also features the television shows's voice actors; Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright and Yeardley Smith reprising their respective roles as the Simpsons Family.

I used to play this at my local record store. I played it whenever I came by. Now they sold it over a year ago and I'll probably never play this game again sadly
  • My brother played this at a local movie theater. I wish this was ported in SNES or Genesis but they never did just only the old computers instead. Surprisingly this revive on the Arcade1Up I been wanting to get but they're like 500 bucks at Wal-Mart or other stores. Someday I'll get it just to have it really.

Can close my eyes and smell mall pizza , right next to the mini arcade and 2 screen theater.

This whole playthrough felt like a lost episode of The Simpsons. I’m loving this!
  • What a classic, back in the heyday of The Simpsons. I played this a few times with my brothers in various arcades. I always played as Homer. I remember that because of that I got one of the very first Homer action figures. It came with the hood and gloves from his radiation suit. I liked the gloves because in my head they represented his punching attacks in the game. I always wished there had been figures made of the superhero forms they would fly in on.

家庭用ゲームでは 難度高い移植困難のゲームです 幸運なことは こうかなゲーム筐体ミニ?と思われる発売が 行わっています 笑いもあるゲームでした 当時のコナミに感謝ですね
