Would be great tech, but sadly cyclorotors dont have the ability to autorotate in a fall. That means, that they cannot fullfill safety standards in basically all countries around the world. Multiple rotors can be used for redundancy, but unless proven, that the vehicle can fly with just 3 rotors, it wont come to the free market any time soon

Hey, did you realize that cyclorotor vehicles can do a stationary hover while upside down? In theory, they can even flip over very, very slowly. Now that's something that drones can't do unless their rotors are fully articulated. Cyclorotors can vector in any radial direction from the blade axis.

The routers need a cover. If birds get hit n damage one router then ur out of there.

One small problem, engine failure. Fixed wing aircraft have a glide capability, rotary wing also have a safety feature in being able to rotate down. This thing will plummet like brick.
