2020 PW50 How it Should Be!!

Right from day 1 my son’s PW50 was not running/sounding like it should. Carb adjustments and limiter would not change anything. Then I removed the exhaust restrictor washer and it ran perfect. Might want to leave it in at first for your child to learn, then remove later. But just know it’s running at about 1/4 power with it in!!

Thanks a lot for this Video. Got the new PW50 home and couldn’t figure out why it has no power. Pulled out my phone and I typed in “pw50 no power” and found your video. Got a 10mm wrench and 10 minutes later the bike is like it should be! What a difference!

Haha, I actually put the restricting washer in as I build a PW50 for our daughter... going to her for her 3rd birthday, and she's reckless, so I need that in there for her... maybe take it out in a year or two.

Thank you for this. Just picked up my 2 years olds brand new 2020 the other day. It will hardly move with him on it with the throttle screw removed. This will help and make it easier to slow down with the screw I think.

You can also bypass the switch on the handle bar to get more rpm instead of going flat on top.

Having an issue with 2019 pw bogging out i already removed the exhaust bit when i got it for him how do i mess about with the fuel air mixture this carb dont have no air screw it has a gold plug with small pin hole in middle

No restricter in mine. Still runs like crap. Kids 50 lbs and it goes about 20 mph. I can hold it back when it's wide open. Carb has been thoroughly cleaned. ? ? ?

Hey man I just bought one today brand new and it just seems like it's not running right like you said in the beginning of your video. Once you did those things to it it ran totally fine
