  • Rachel I made this meat loaf tonight. I used Italian bread crumbs instead of the bread but I added a few T of milk. My husband said it was the best meat loaf that he ever had. He’s 93💚👍🏾

I’m 74 years old and I love your cooking so I am going to make this meal for my family dinner thank you ❤
  • This is what my dad would make every Sunday morning before we went to Church. Every Sunday he had his hands in the meatloaf. He would put it in the oven by the time we got home from church it was done. He passed away on March the 12th 2024, he was 94. I miss the meatloaf Sunday dinners.
  • I think you should have your own cooking show on tv. You have the best recipes, the best personality, and explain everything so perfectly. Your enthusiasm for cooking makes me smile.

Hello Rachel, It's March 10, 2022, and three days ago I made this meatloaf just as instructed. I made the mashed potatoes and a green bean casserole to accompany the meatloaf. I took two plates over to my neighbor. Last night I got a text from her thanking me again for food with a comment that the "meatloaf was OUTSTANDING." I replied, yes it was so tasty and said we have "Rachel Cooks With Love," to thank. This will be my forever meatloaf recipe. Muchas Gracias Querida!!!!
  • Oh, I think you’re an amazing teacher! I’m 63 years old and been cooking all my life, but I learn something every time I watch you! I am going to try your meatloaf recipe because it is picture perfect. God bless and keep you and your family in His care! I love watching your videos! Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with all of us!

I could watch you cook all day! You are a great teacher! 💕
  • I'm 50,lost my mom 17 years ago and my wife passed 12 years ago...never had good meatloaf since then...but it's in oven now and smells great...your instructions were so easy to follow.. You get alot videos where they wanna put a twist or do something special to a classic staple and I'm not on that LVL .I just need easy, taste great and filling. I'm so jealous of my co workers who bring in left over from family meals and I'm eating take out or something wrapped in plastic. This will help alot ,,this is a few lunches every second week. Now I need to find a good mac and cheese and a goulash cassarole. I'm going to search your stuff and see what you have. Thank you so much.
  • I learn so many tips from you every video i watch! I'm an off grid guy, and for the first time in 6 years, i have a stove and fridge! Tomorrow is your meatloaf! I can't wait!

Every time my husband sees you on YouTube (on t.v.) he stops, smiles and says, "Delicious" while I reply with "Just like that!" You have become a very welcome person in our home that always brings smiles along with wonderful food. Thank you, Rachel, for everything!

Rachel, you are my go to on any recipe now. I make your enchiladas every week! Your enchilada sauce is so good! Now, every time I take food to a family function, everyone wants the recipe! I made Pot Roast for my niece, I made Enchiladas for my sister, I made meatloaf / mashed potatoes and glazed carrots for my other sister yesterday. Now everyone is clamoring for recipes. Thanks so much for you demonstrations and thorough instructions. My family says, "oh you are such a good cook". I am not really, But, I do know who IS and that's you!
  • I want her as my mom! Her knowledge and grace is wonderful. Rachel…I absolutely adore you and your Ron. His patience while filming you is a testimony to his love for you! Keep doing you, because you are beautiful!
  • @asphaltgypsy868
Yum! I love your pleasant demeanor. Very calming. Love your cooking too!
  • Thank you, Rachel! I love it! I make is as my mother used to do it, i put a layer of the prepared meat in the loaf pan, then I put a cooked full carrot (or two) and boiled eggs, cover this with another layer of the prepared meat. When slicing the meatloaf to serve it, you get slices of the eggs and carrots! It is much fun especially for children to see that! And more nourishment!!! 🥕🥚🥕🥚
