Geoff castellucci continues to be my favorite singer not only because of his immense talent but also his distinct humility. It was great to watch this interview!

He is so humble to the point that he is putting himself down. Doesn't he know how great he is, not just by his voice but also his genius arrangements and musicality? It is truly unfair that Geoff is that supremely talented AND handsome AND apparently just the nicest guy imaginable. Leave something for the rest of us!

I appreciate very much that Geoff would never waste our time and put anything in the internet forever which would not be worth it. He is very grounded without having star allure. I even think he does not really know how great musician and person he is! He, and his crew, bring so much joy, and sometimes sad feelings, but always authentic, to many, many people. I'm a child of the nineties who grew up with Metal and Grunge. I didn't listen to a capella before I found Voiceplay on YouTube after I became a Castellucci fan after hearing Sixteen Tons and the Halloween stuff. I listen to it in my playlist everyday and it adds something important to my life quality.

These are the kinds of musician interviews I love most. Highly technical but accessible without feeling beholden to too strict a format. Nice work, Peter.

Geoff I HEAR the bass in your speaking voice. Just like with JD Sumner and Peter as well. JD is in a class if his own though clearly. But I worked at an opera company as an office manager and Jack of all trades seeings that we were non profit so I known bass voices. You have it Geoff. Seriously. The thing that I have never heard is the range you have. The high notes come so easily it is crazy. You are a phenom literally

Oh wow, that was amazing! Great interview/conversation, learned a bit, shook my head at Geoff not claiming his bass God status as he deserves. I thought it was so cool how interested in how opera works he seemed.
