Hardest part is working for free. But I can say it does pay off. Now I work alot less and make more money wether I work or not. Its a simple formula that does work. I haven't had a job for over a year and a half now. And I am doing better then when I had a job. Just takes time. And you have to keep yourself driven because after a while you will begin to doubt yourself and friends will too. But stick with it. It will pay off.

Iv just finished reading the book rich dad poor dad and found it very inspiring. Iv been interested in building passive income for a while now but I don't have anyone as a mentor as you suggested. By reading books and watching YouTube I am hoping to learn from these sources. I don't want to live the life of a rat race.

Those public speakers makes money from playing with people dreams and needs. Selling a book or public events generates their real income. Making money from an adventur can end you bankrupted, in debt and can take you to prison. The real asset is you, take crea of yourself. If you are healthy, you can enjoy life, if not, money is meaningless.
