the costumes are so much different then they are now
  • I first saw this wonderful version of CINDERELLA in 1965, starring LESLEY ANN WARREN and CELESTE HOLME as the fairy godmother..... and I have loved it ever since, the songs have been in my heart and mind ever since..... I am so happy that this wonderful version by RODGERS and HAMMERSTEIN is still here to bless a whole new generation..... just as I was first so blessed and blown away by this musical at the age of 14....THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!!! :-)

Cinderella on Broadway is one of the best things in the world... and I'm not being dramatic!! <3
  • I saw the show for the first time in 2015 when it came to my town. It was beautiful and way different from the Disney version (in the best way). The best part was that around the time I saw it it was closer to Christmas and the theater was decorated with Christmas decorations which made it more magical ❤️

  • I will not forget that Thanksgiving morning watching this beautiful performance. I'm seeing the show when the tour hits Costa Mesa next month!

I wish that Macy's had done Cinderella in the 2013 edition as opposed to the 2012 edition because here not all the costumes were ready yet

Annabelle, the prince is awesome. In fact, that's why he was cast as Hans in Frozen.

I have actually seen the show when it came to my town one Christmas and it was amazing!

I was so glad they changer her crown at first I thought the designer decided to mash up Cinderella and the White Witch from Narnia hence the almost evil looking icicle crown on her head, but I am glad they changed it to something softer and more organic looking
  • i was so worried about the costumes when i saw this in november. Now im so impressed by them <3
  • I thinking, what those versions of costumes are better. No, I understand, what fairy's dress wasn't ready, but it's too beautiful!
