Tommy the Clown is a legend here in LA since forever. He's run hip-hop dancing classes, meets, and competitions for the kids and teens since the 90's to keep them off the streets to express some real creativity and belonging. That's why Kendrick honored him at the Pop Up show and now in the video since Tommy the Clown is a community hero because he is a hero. I'm from Oakland, commonly referred to as the Town. Pac was born in the east but anyways claimed the West, Oakland specifically. In the Family Matter part of the video, you can see Whitney wasn't smiling at first. Drake said this in his diss. But then you see how happy she is while she's dancing.
