    I enjoyed listening to your way of looking at life. I’ve been recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and use stoic philosophy to help guide myself through the path Less suffering more celebration of what truly has to offer. Drug and alcohol addiction enslaves. I’am 66 yrs young and stoicism has strengthen me with new weapons of the mind that when given the chance can heal bring peace. Thanks you guys

  • In the video, the narrator talks about having the courage to change the things you can change having serenity to accept the things you can’t. This is known as the serenity prayer and you’re asking God for wisdom to tell the difference. Encourage anyone reading this. God loves you lean on him and lean on Jesus Christ who is in you who does give you real strength for the present challenges and the ones to come.

    Don't like AI generated voice, BUT very well written getting right to the heart of Stoic concepts. Excellent overall. I do find the statement of being invicible a little too much.. conceit? No human is invicible. Believing that you are invicible will probably be your downfall and weakness.
