This young lady deserves the spotlight. Mr. Gilmour let her talent speak for itself and then put a soft and haunting solo at the very end of the song. Well done young lady.

In 1973 when "The dark side" was out I was 9 years old. I heard it in 1977 for the first time and I was charmed it by the rest of my life. Now I'm 60 and I'm listening to this music constantly.

This is the first time hearing it. Anyone else just close their eyes and have the song take you away. It makes you feel so free !!

Passing the torch to a new generation, and how alive such torch is!

Romany's voice is gorgeous and sublime. I am seeing David in NY in November and hope that Romany will join her dad for this beautiful song.

Day 3, and I still can't stop listening to this thing. What, in the world, have they done here??? A few hours ago, I cried simply playing the song in my head. That's something that hasn't happened in at least 10 years. For such a deceivingly simple and relatively short song, it has a massive bite. This isn't Echoes, Shine on, or Comfortably Numb. So, what it is going on here? It has to be Romany's vocals. I don't think that the song would've had this much persistence had David done the main vocal track, and that is saying quite a lot. The apprentice has definetly surpassed the master on the vocals' side.
