When any man starts a business, he already calculates in advance the possible gains and all the good things that can help him in it, as well as all the bad things that can prevent him from it. And then make a decision. He can choose not to go or he can choose to go. Absolutely his choice. If he decides to start and succeed in that business, that's good and his decision paid off. But if he doesn't succeed and fails in that job, that's bad and the decision didn't pay off, But then there are no excuses, apologizing and self-pity, especially if no one asks or expects it from him - that's so patetic and miserable, that's behavior an immature kid and a very capable person, not an adult, stable and mature person.
