We're a month away from opening weekend, and we've got the blinds just about figured out. The rain is starting to pick up, and the ground is starting to settle. Some of these blinds have been out here for years and don't have much left in them, but they will work for now. Here we pumped water out of an old pit in a standing bean field, and brushed it with young corn that will soon die and give it a more brown color. We also replanted a few stalks around the blind for additional cover.
