  • Over 60 years ago, my father made a reel-to-reel music tape, over eight hours long. He would let it play through the night. I would lay awake on the top bunk bed and listen. Im retired now and a few years ago, i happen to remember that tape, and began to look for it. It was lost or destroyed. So i decided to see if i could recreate it, and began to listen to all the old Orchestra leaders, not knowing any of them. Jimmy Dorsey, Montovani, Floyd Cramer, and stumbled upon Percy Faith. I was stunned, i had never heard of him and yet many of the songs were from these albums. I was transported back to the 3, 4 and 5 year old listening and i knew what song was coming next even though its been 60 plus years. WOW what beautiful music. I now realize what formed my love of music.
  • There will never be music like this again . Long live this incredibly beautiful music

Listening to this music brings back memories of the old days when living with mom, dad and may two brothers. I remember my dad had a music player and he turned it on in the evening. My mom and myself sometimes stood on the balcony overlooking the quiet street, smelling the trees and summer breeze. I am 70 now, but everything is still fresh in my mind. Thanks so much fo the lovely music!

Percy Faith, Henry Mancini, Ray Conniff, Mantovani. I'll never have to listen to modern music again.

Visiting my mom- newly admitted to a rest home and not aware that I’m here. I’m playing her music that I remember from long long ago. So very happy that I stumbled on this site because THIS MUSIC is soothing my Breaking Heart. Tricia
  • I grew up with all this music and saw some Broadway shows, and I appreciate the music we had. Today, they need some lessons on good music and what songs are about Not the Profanity of today's music.

  • Beautiful easy listening music like this is not readily available on the radio as it was a few decades ago. Thank goodness that we can still enjoy it online.
  • I was born in Mexico City. Transplanted after WWII to Wisconsin. This music took me back. Way back to my grandmother's house where there was always music! Glad I stumbled on it!
