Taking a video of a west bound mixed freight leaving the Syracuse area and headed towards Rochester. Recorded from Railroad St in Warners, NY, early Friday morning 1/19/24. You can hear in the video, quite a few of the rail cars have flat spotted wheels. Also spotted a mid-train DPU.
