My favourite storytelling experience finally gets a video all to its own. The title "Every Easter Egg" might be a bit misleading seeming as I left several out that I thought weren't interesting or just too obvious. I was planning on doing a live stream in which I walkthrough the game and talk about all the little details I know about the game after years of playing, let me know if that's something people might like. Anyway, I hope you like the video as much as I liked making it. Thanks for watching!

Enjoy.

For those who keep asking: In the first clip, I'm not saying that you're playing as Ellie. I'm saying that the painting is foreshadowing the mission in which you play as Ellie for the first time.

That Ish story arc was so heartbreaking, I just finished this game for the first time and I. cannot. wait. for the sequel. What a perfect game.

The painting is above Joel's bed, symbolizing him being incapacitated/"laying down" for a while.

It's almost like Naughty Dog wanted us to know it made the game.

20:00 To think they made hundreds of these images and hidden things literally just to sit there in a post apocalyptic world just collecting dust and rotting away to be seen in one single scene of the game
  • @mothman6676
The quiet moments in this game where you can just explore the new world was always one of my favorite parts

Your editing is totally in synch with the vibe of the game, fantastic job!!!

1:40 For those who didn’t know, the “mushroom virus” that’s being talked about in this video is actually a real thing, it just doesn’t effect humans. It’s called ophiocordyceps. Since mushrooms reproduce through spores, cordyceps is a genus of ascomycete that’s able to take control of thousands of different insects, and disorient them. In the process, it basically kills the host, and spores start growing out of the head (just like clickers) and creates spores. Any ants or other insects that come in the area where the spores are, will immediately die. In the last of us, it’s just the same only the cordyceps can affect humans. If you want to learn anymore, or find this interesting there’s a whole bbc episode dedicated to the fungus. ❤️
  • my favorite one is the uncharted bar, to think that Nathan Drake is surviving somewhere in the apocalypse!
  • BTW if you're watching this in October 2019 the last of us is free if you have PlayStation plus. Also awesome video 10/ 10

I literally just now was replaying Left Behind and I found a cute hidden conversation between Ellie & Riley. I found a vacation billboard and Ellie asked "are you still saving for that vacation?" Then Ellie & Riley both said they want to go surfing in LA. Lol
