Eckhart Tolle is a spiritual teacher and author, born in Germany and educated at the Universities of London and Cambridge. At the age of 29 a profound inner transformation radically changed the course of his life. He devoted the next several years to understanding, integrating, and deepening that transformation. With his international bestsellers, The Power of Now and A New Earth—translated into over 52 languages—he has introduced millions to the joy and freedom of living life in the present moment. The New York Times has described him as “the most popular spiritual author in the United States”, and Watkins Review has named him “the most spiritually influential person in the world.”

Eckhart’s profound, yet simple teachings have helped countless people around the globe experience a state of vibrantly alive inner peace in their daily lives. His teachings focus on awakening consciousness, which transcends ego and discursive thinking, and can be seen as the next step in human evolution. In the awakened state of presence, we discover what Eckhart describes as our essential identity—who we are beneath the surface—and its power for transforming our selves and our world.

  • I wish this was playing on a loop for the world instead of the news.

Wish I had known this 70+ years ago. I'm mostly at peace now like I was as a child. Thank you for reminding us. ♥

No matter how dark it gets, everything is destined to work together for your HIGHEST GOOD. 🔥❤️
  • What a wonderful aid ET is to our Spiritual paths. At 80 years old, I find it a total blessing to be able to look and learn from these clips, and from his books. I find i can "sometimes" accept the moment, but not very often. We are a work in progress, I am so grateful that we are together on this path to enlightenment. We can do it with Eckhart helping us..

"Life is difficult, when you accept that in the deepest sense, it's no longer difficult... the greatest difficulty is the mental resistance to what arises"! In other words, it's our expectation that life should be perfect & easy that creates problems.

Sometimes we don't understand why do we go through challenges in life, but we just need to trust that everything is working out in our favor, we are being guided, loved and protected. Every challenge is leading us to our awakening ❤
  • I ABSOLUTELY LOVE his “BEAUTIFUL SOUL”!!! He’s beyond delightful to listen to!

The desire for happiness is negative but the acceptance of negative is in itself positive
  • Life is difficult. Once you accept this, life becomes more easy. Thank you, Eckhardt T. 🙏❤️🕊

Constant surrendering in the present moment, stops the narrative in your mind, and after all, everything that makes us feel in peace are the moments when the narrative stops, love and inner peace to you all :)
  • I should have heard this when I was young. How many unnecessary suffering.

Thank you, Eckhart, things have been incredibly dark but you remind me that that's when the light shines the brightest.

This is timeless wisdom. This video was recorded years ago but still applies to the times we find ourselves now with this ongoing pandemic.

When you know life is difficult then it’s not big deal anymore. It creates acceptance of life and enjoy the game of life. Challenges are here to awaken you. I’m no longer pissed of with life.

Road Less Traveled was the first “self help” book that i read in the late 1980’s when I was in my mid 20’s...caused me to do a pivot in my life and how I thought.

Every day is an opportunity to grow, to come closer to the truth. There is no light without darkness.
