    I think a lot of myths arise when we try to explain energetic/pranic possibilities through physiology. Plus yoga teachers are not doctors our job is just to point to possibilities so that the student can explore it for themselves. But of course there are always those who are impressionable and who will take it as fact. #1 myth, but I would be curious about how prana and udana vayu are affected #2 myth about having to twist right first, although I do find deep twists, malasana and viparita karani to be good for helping move things along. I have my own theories why this is but for twists the self-massage aspect of it is true for me in most cases but side doesn't matter. And again, I would want to see how apana vayu is affected. #3 the story is true but in practice I think it depends on resting heart rate and cardiovascular health among other things I'm sure. Fun game!

    ok , I pick the second one , not only cause it has the least variables and fewest claims but also cause it makes causal and logical sense .
