  • God bless whoever is reading this post. I am an example of this video. Everything said by Dr. Joe matched my situation. It’s incredible how our mind goes negative so easy but breaking habits are harder. Why being a better human being is harder for some of us? Why is it that society engages more into negativity and trauma more than positive actions and better living? I NEED TO PUT A STOP TO THIS NEGATIVE BEHAVIORS AND DO BETTER FOR ME TO BECOME A BETTER PERSON FOR MY FAMILY AND THOSE WHO I LOVE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! I HAVE VICTIMIZED MYSELF AND IM JUST TIRED OF LIVING IN S SUFFERING SND UNWORTHY ENVIRONMENT. THANK YOU DR.JOE FOR YOUR VALUABLE WORDS WHO HAVE INSPIRE ME AND ALSO HAS THOUGHT ME ABOUT MYSELF.     Let's break the cycle of suffering. Thank you for this knowledgeable video it helps me to understand myself truly. I've been suffering from the same pattern every day and by this video I learned how to break the cycle and put my focus more on opposite rather than negativity and self doubts
