Peter’s Spidey-Sense was really well portrayed in this movie. Several of his actions are unintentional and just pure instinct. I found that really cool.
-
It all started with “hold my beer” 😁😄
-
the most unrealistic thing about this scene is that the NYC train is running smooth enough for the guy to balance the beer bottle on peter's head.
-
Imagine being so athletic and powerful you could beat up a bunch of people ACCIDENTALLY
-
The Garfield Spider-Man movies don't get a lot of love, but the way they deal with Peter's difficulties with his new abilities is unlike any other version we've seen on screen, and probably the most visceral.
-
Spider-Man Raimi: Save The Train Spider-Man Amazing: Fight On Train Spider-Man MCU: Hit By Train.
-
The disappointment on his face as the dude tries to use his skateboard as a weapon, only for it to snap on his arm and Peter not even flinching always makes me laugh. "C'mon dude, not board."
-
Ngl, I kinda feel bad for Peter at this bit. Poor guy seemed genuinely worried about seriously hurting anyone.
-
He’s the only person who can “accidentally” defeat an entire group of people who attacked him 1st then say sorry.
-
Andrew : Oh I'm so sorry are you alright? Maguire : You want forgiveness? Get religion.
-
I love the cinematography here. TAS doesn't get enough appreciation for its cinematography. I like the overall look of TAS the best. This feels like a scene out of Bringing Out the Dead, Midnight Meat Train, Joker and 28 Days Later. It's a very different feel/tone than the brightly lit worlds of Raimi's and MCU's.

"Get your hand off her" - That guys logic. Guy randomly sticks to the ceiling; is very confused, and has his palm open, yet is still somehow sticking. Conclusion? He's doing it on purpose. Solution? Rip his hand off her, hoping that'll he'll stop sticking, and after seeing that his (-)3000 Iq play didn't work, attack him
-
Peter: sticks to ceiling and has a full fight with sticky hands Everyone: I wonder who’s behind that mask
-
1:20 I love how the black guy tries to hit him with a skateboard and the next scene he turned white
-
He is and was the best version of the comic books and the cinematic experience. He deserves another 10 films to bring it home.
-
Tobey: the perfect personality for Spider- man Andrew: the perfect body for Spider man Tom: the perfect age for Spider man
-
a human is on the ceiling First response: "Disgusting, now I smell like beer”.
-
Andrew apologized so much in this scene that he was one “sorry” sort of becoming Canadian-Man
-
The first Spider-Man to struggle with their powers, amazing.
-
I love how the guy who put the bottle on his head wanted to play the victim.😂😂😂
