Remarkable! Fascinating seeing these artists take a project from their imagination to a fully-realised cake, and to see some of the techniques used to get there. I'm curious about the enormous cakes - do they actually get eaten, or does all the material end up in composting once the photos & videos are taken? Esp. with so much marzipan & fondant in use, which can make a cake much more beautiful, but also less edible to many people's tastes...?

They were all beautiful but my three favorite cakes for the one with all the circles the Moana cake and the Monsters Inc cake. The gelatin Under the Sea cake was gorgeous though I would have liked to have seen how to make it instead of just a picture
