He actually did it! Earlier in the year, I left a comment saying Simon should start a space themed channel called Astrographics. Well done Simon! 🤘🏻

"No, Mom, I didn't get expelled from college, I just went rogue" 😂

Please keep posting on this channel regularly because I absolutely love astronomy and space exploration! YouTube has an endless variety of channels that cover this subject, but it’s hard to find one that’s on this level of quality and expertise. I am amazed by the amount of knowledge that Simon must possess after hosting videos on the dozens of channels he has created over the years. Factboi is the perfect nickname for him! I bet he’s a great person to have on a trivia team, or a contestant on Jeopardy! The board game Trivial Pursuit would hardly be a challenge for Simon… No matter what subject, topic, or category, he will know vastly more than anyone else could dream of

I've been to places in northern Canada where we were so far from any city that the night sky was dark and crisp. we laid on a hill looking into space and it felt like we were on the nose of a spaceship. it gave me a sense of what it must look like in space even though I know we were only seeing a fraction of what was out there. but as compared to the city in southern Canada, we saw a thousand times more stars up there with the naked eye, full of color and depth that we only see in images.

I like to think about these planets like they are ghost ships floating through vast seas to nowhere

I don't understand how Simon cranks out so much content. Even if he has no role in writing or decision making, i just don't understand how he can read so many scripts every week lmao

Love the new channel. Really miss you on the old ones. 😢

We, here at Astrographics, wouldn't dream of calling a Planet a, "failure". But, those Stars on the other hand...
  • @MoodCandy79
Ah yes, I can now use Simon as a way to avoid my astronomy research and class work while staying on topic 😂

Anyone who likes Rogue planets - watch 'Melancholia'. Great film

you should do a video on the concept of a gardener ship. its a form of colony ship that acts as a mobile space colony production center. enter a system, stay for a century, breed up and build up a space colony, continue onwards to the next system, rinse and repeat.
  • I honestly just clicked this video, because it looked interesting. And, it's another of Simon's channels 😂 What are the odds? Pretty high, I guess. As he seems to be everywhere.
