  • If anyone is interested This house, which was previously owned by Bruce Forsyth’s widow, Wilnelia, was sold for £5.7 million in 2020. Since then, the property has been left empty, with neighbors claiming that the main gates have remained closed and moss and weeds have grown over the tennis court and surrounding lawns. The house, which features a ten-seater cinema room, ten reception rooms, bedrooms, library, gymnasium, swimming pool, spa area, and wine cellar, was once a beloved home for Forsyth and his family. However, it appears that the property has been left to decay, a far cry from the days when Forsyth would be enjoying his favorite pastime of tennis. It’s worth noting that Forsyth’s estate was left to his widow, Wilnelia, which allowed her to take the assets tax-free due to spousal exemption.

It should be illegal to just abandon such a beautiful property, imagine all the work and resources that went into it and just left to rot?

Really enjoyed it. Not a problem you couldn’t get inside as know you are so respectful about not forcing entry. Fingers crossed by next premiere that you are up to the very well deserved magic 1000 x

  • Fascinating. Those rhododendrons were magnificent. The colors. So much money was invested in that place. I hate to think of it being demolished.

  • Beautiful place , I was gob smacked by the flowering trees and shrubs and flowers I had never seen before . That Japanese tree by the pond was a stunner . On a lighter note , It was a shame the place was so secure however just a look around the outside and the few buildings made for a great explore Thank you Lads for a perfect Sunday evening , God Bless you all , You are the very best . Salutations from across the pond , Stuart in Canada..

Incredible find! I would love to spend my day in that garden. Absolute waste, you're right. Love that practically the only open door was the security office, ha ha ha

Loved that the gardens were beautiful and the house wow what a shame you couldn't get in nevermind there is always a better find around a corner ❤
  • Proper crazy leaving a massive place as nice as that abandoned golf course you could play on any time you want (but I can't play at all) tennis as well and it's own tree house be a good place to chill and have a laugh the place must be worth millions but makes you think way happened to the old owners of the place and why it's just sat empty for years
