Any district where one particular tribe has more hold in executing certain laws passed by the government or administration has more advantage than those few district which has no single tribe as sole stake holder. So this is an advantage where that particular tribe can do things, along with the administration to make their particular district safe, clean and prosperous. Hats off to AYO🔥
