I’m wondering why if Vader visited Tattooine multiple times, why he never ended up at Owen and Beru’s moisture farm? It’s where Shmi was buried. It’s where Luke was being raised. One would think something would (the Force) pull Vader to that location. One would think he would also sense Obi-Wan.
