Mundane Mann was a fantastic little story arc. Him dropping the gauntlets and them crushing the ground below them...utterly grin inducing.

I love how this whole arc served literally no real reason for Cid (Mundane Mann). He just wanted to roleplay as a weak looking man, see how people react and then have a grand entrance. And none of that served any grand purpose besides stroking his ego and beeing fun (:

The blue hair girl he respects, yea she isnt near him, but she respected him and ao he returned the respect. Iris looked down on him and he stright up disrespected her all the way to the end. To the point on not even worth using the blade to defend himself.

I just love the breakdown of Iris, phewww!! For someone who was hailed as a genius swordman who never lost, she thought that she was one of the best in the world. Yet, Shadow barely did anything in this fight. Her first taste of true defeat to someone she deems as "weak" really drives her downfall into madness later on.
