Swimly needs to be sued and fined for every infraction.

What happens if someone drowns on your property. What a stupid site and stupid business. So much liability and lawsuits for owners.

Renting your pool out is the best way to get your homeowners insurance canceled.

Pretty simple solution, sue Swimply for a few hundred thousand.

easy fix, list the pool of Simply's CEO on it and see how fast it changes.

We can never have nice things because someone always finds a way to F it up.

Swimply is full of it. It does not care about the fraud. The response is lip service.
  • Simple, sue Swimply and hopefully a Judge with a brain will charge them 10 times what they collect on top of a mandatory $10,000 fine and I guarantee you they will implement safeguards immediately.
  • This is why I have a lock on all gates to my backyard - people think I’m paranoid, yet it stops people from coming into where they don’t belong.

The poolguy is a real one. Take down swimply!

lol society has gotten to the part where you can verify a company is lieing and they just keep going on.
  • That company doesn't care about fraudulent listings. It is making money and that is all it cares about

What would happen if expensive damage was done to a pool? More reason to lock gates and post no trespassing signs
  • @Anon1mous
Reason why I keep my backyard gate locked.
  • @kenarthur6253
Fun fact: if a trespasser drowns in your pool, you can be sued. 🤦

You have to be one step ahead of the scammers, list your home on Airbnb and block all the dates, list your pool and block all the dates, list your car on Turo and block all the dates.
