Simple, sue Swimply and hopefully a Judge with a brain will charge them 10 times what they collect on top of a mandatory $10,000 fine and I guarantee you they will implement safeguards immediately.

I didn't even know, there was a site were people post the rental of there backyard pool. What kind of people rent someone's backyard pool for a couple of hours ? That's so odd and bizarre 😂
