Beyond all the protest and chaos, I watch this video, the potato farmer opening his heart to an Indian immigrant couple, a software engineer turning into a dosa lady, locals appreciating their hard work, the American dream is still alive and kicking! Lets keep it that way aieh!

The second I saw that dosa, I knew it, it's gotta be from Karnataka. That's where dosas were invented. No place makes it as tasty as it's made in Karnataka. So proud to be a Kannadiga. Sending this family my best wishes and love from Karnataka. Also, thanks to NYT cooking for producing such an incredible video and sharing it with us. 🤍💐🙏🏽
