The fact that these employees don't even have the consideration to help the homeless is bad enough, but the whole organization being corrupt, I say shut it down!

Both the employees and LAHSA should be held accountable, but the person or board that approved the $800 million contract should also be held accountable for not ensuring that LAHSA was using the money properly, but the court system is lazy and pathetic and LAHSA probably won't be held accountable

We need more investigative journalists in this world.
  • This is wrong on so many levels. Why throw out food when someone can eat it…. This is just evil! Makes my blood boil.
  • @ker4all
    Pathetic...they need to be fired!
  • These people need to be prosecuted and court ordered to pay money to cover the food costs ! Absolutely evil 🤬

I love that you put them on blast without hiding their face. Now we all know who they are.
  • "Their isn't enough funding for the homeless" Well 80% of it goes towards paying people who do nothing.
  • Please keep us updated on what happens to this place and the employees !

So happy they did this story! Disgusting lazy employees. Getting paid to drive around.

This was actually good journalism and not just talking heads riling people up. Thank you

The amount of evil in this world is terrifying
  • Thank you for this investigation. I was unaware there were agencies feeding the homeless community. And to see one of the agencies workers heartless actions. Just appalling. Glad to hear this one agency is gone. Again, thank you

800 million in funds!? Absolutely unbelievable!!!!!!!!👎🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡
  • I work in fast food and it’s already frustrating that we as employees MUST throw away any unused food that doesn’t go to the customer to “prove a point” that you can’t get free things. I tried taking a sandwich once that’s been sitting for about an hour in the extra chute knowing it’s going to be thrown away, but when one of the managers saw me, they told me we can’t keep free things??? However, seeing perfectly good food funded by MY tax money going straight to the dumpster is disgusting. Shame on these employees 😔👎🏽

FIRE EVERYONE!! Breaks my heart that the less fortunate are treated in such a way. I hope they have stopped sending funding and reallocate that money to an organization who will be accountable in doing what is right.

Do people forget that it never ended well when they trusted big government to take care of everything?
  • Used to live in L.A and sadly had to leave, seeing this report is absolutely appalling and have family there we used to go downtown LA to the rescue mission to help just so sad😪
