Funniest thing is that there is litteraly no penalty for using these curses. Avada kedavra everyone and have fun!

Honestly lore-wise it's kind of amazing our character is willing to endure the Cruciatus curse to help Sebastian save his sister. Has anyone in the Harry Potter franchise EVER willingly submitted to a Crucio blast before? It's supposed to be, like, the worst pain ever. So its flipping wild (and quite likely unhealthy) just how self-sacrificial our character is.

To anyone who understands Avada Kedavra, Sebastian maimed his soul by killing Solomon. He literally ruined his life to help his sister. When you think about it that way, it truly is quite sad.

I like how those three curses are considered unforgiveable when there are many other spells just as bad. Like why isn't wiping someone's memory considered unforgivable? Or reading someone's mind?

ngl Solomon is the worst guardian. He's blaming Sebastian for using the curses when he won't even help his own kid find a cure. of course he's desperate. Everyone else is pretty much not only not helping, but actively hindering his search for a cure
