    It is important to acknowledge and let yourself feel that anger. Only then you can properly let it go. If you were not to acknowledge, you’re just suppressing it. You can never truly be able to let it go. It will still be with you.

    I think Alison is genuinely emotionally healthy, things just don't bother her as much and she's able to let things go.
