First thing I hear is that the dog was bought as a fashion accessory. Shouldn't have bought the dog and shame on the seller if they knew.

I wonder how many old ladies walking with their grandchildren have said to those owners "Either get that dog muzzled or under control or I'LL make sure it's put down" because if I saw that, it would worry me, it only takes one attack on a child to decide if a dog is vicious so it is put down.
