- ABOUT THIS VIDEO -
Unlock the full potential of your PS5 with the ultimate SSDs! Given the PS5's limited 667.2GB internal storage, avid gamers will find it filling up in a flash, especially when a couple of epic titles are added to the collection. With the evolution of the gaming era, PS5 games are morphing into grander spectacles, boasting intricate graphics and expansive game worlds. Some of these gaming masterpieces claim over 100GB of your storage, meaning only a few can coexist before your space runs dry.

But here's the thrilling twist: the giants of SSD manufacturing like WD Black, Seagate, Kingston, Corsair, and more, have slashed their prices dramatically with the introduction of PCIe 5. There's a particularly tempting drop in the prices of 1TB and 2TB models. So, now is the golden moment to amp up your gaming arsenal without breaking the bank!

What would be the best (coolest) option to work on a Lenovo Legion Pro 5 - i7 13700hx 4060 RTX notebook?

In my ps5's I use the 2TB WD sn850x and the 2TB Silicon Power SX70 both solid and at the time great prices. Nice review tho!

what about the kingston fury Renegade its so fast 7.300mbit/s read and 7000 write and so cheap for 1tb 80€ or 85 $

Do not buy anything from WD directly. Use a third party if you insist on having their products. The reason I say this is because they have delivered my product using UPS, who left it in an insecure location from where it was stolen (if it was actually my door, can't really tell from the picture), and now they refuse to help. They insisted I get a crime number which I have done and now they have just turned around, ordered me a 20% discount on my next purchase OR an extra years warranty on the item that has been stolen. Complete joke of a company, I will be taking it further and completely out of their hands.

Ordered 990Pro today with intention to put it into enclosure and use as external storage for laptop. And just thought that it would be good to expand ps5 memory also and found this video. Well seems external storage question can wait.

still have the evo 980pro with heatsink .. cost me 399$ on release of the ps5
  • @lewislane1143
SSD companies are trying to collude together with price hikes. Everyone should just stop buying until prices come back down. Once sales continue to drop, the price will drop. Just be patient and hold off on buying any hdd, ssd, or nvme.

Something very wrong with this video it just doesn't feel like someone actually made the effort and actually did that voice over? Am I wrong or have any of you noticed at? Moreover what do you think of it?
  • @hullster9970
Not sure about the PS5, but i use the 1TB WD SN850X with heatsink as my OS drive on my PC...cant complain
  • @nicksalazar2239
I got the acer predator GM7000 4tb at 7,4000 mbps for $250. Amazing deal. It has cooling fpam but i tore it off and added a huge metal nvme heatsink for $10
  • @2010johno
Can you review as no one has PS5 SSD Integral Advantage Pro-1 2TB M.2 Gen4
  • @SFRJ74
What about QVO, does he meet standards?
  • @BrokeGuy69
If you play a lot of games I highly recommend a 4TB Samsung SSD. Some games nowadays take up a lot memory like all COD games for example. Or a 2TB SSD is good too. Just my opinion i don't recommend a 1TB SSD unless if you don't play game that much then it's OK. Also whatever SSD you choose it's best with heatsink.
  • So the sea gate firecuda is not as fast but more reliable than the Samsung 990 Pro? So what is the speed difference in load times?
