TMZ executive producer Harvey Levin joins NewsNation's Ashleigh Banfield to discuss Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four college students in Idaho. Harvey says he's not doubting the evidence but he's also not convinced by the prosecutor's theories. "I'm not saying he didn't do it," Levin said on "Banfield." "I'm saying the circumstances are boldly weird here."

Harvey is a gossip, not a homicide investigator.
  • Just because he was never caught for a crime doesn’t mean he never committed one.
  • @edstar83
"Somebody who has never committed a murder before" Like every killer in history who had never killed anyone before until they did?
  • @t.t6191
The whole thing is wierd. Always has been. Multiple reasons why many people are not buying the BK did it alone for no reason.
  • People not familiar with the case or can’t hear well the prosecutor himself said that he did not stalk the house, look it up his name is Bill Thompson. I can’t believe they are still saying this knowing it’s not factual, damn
  • @wolfangel1304
No stalking!!!! They’ve said it themselves!!!! Wake up!
  • @just_peachy77
How do we know that he hasn't done anything like this before?

Can somebody please inform Harvey & Ashleigh that neither law enforcement nor the prosecution (or any other official) has ever said that Bryan went to the house numerous times and just watched. The PCA simply states that his phone pinged off the same tower that the house uses 12 times. Cell towers have a range of up to 45 miles, and Bryan only lived 10 miles from 1122 King Rd. The PCA even states that at the time of one of the pings, police do not believe he was in Moscow. That just proves that his phone can ping off that tower when he is not in the area. Not sure why they would include that in their own PCA. Kind of stupid.

There actually isnt a lot of evidence (what has been revealed to the public) that attaches BK to the crime. There is no evidence that he stalked the house, in fact the prosecution has said that he did not stalk (Idaho def of stalk) the victims. His cell phone pinged in the area 12 times. Moscow Idaho and Pullman Washigton are only 15 minutes from each other, it is relativly normal for him or anyone to go between the 2 cities. especially being a college student, WA has legal WEED and ID does not. He was not nearby to look at the sky, his alibi was that he was at wawai park which is in Washington NOT that he was nearby looking at stars, the DNA is touch(transferrable) DNA not regular DNA (bodily fluids). Experts got the car year wrong, Experts say that the cell data that is present does not necessarily put him in the area, if there was a clear phot /video of the car we would have had him right away because the plates were PA plates. and only a back plate. there are plenty of other people who had more motive than BK did.
  • I love that you brought Harvey on as a guest.I never knew that he was a lawyer. But Ashley, you are journalist.I feel like you're supposed to be neutral. And you're incredibly biased when it comes to Bryan Kohburger
  • @SHARON.I
Harvey your imagination has run away with you.
  • @NoNotMe0000
61 yrs old. I've never ever seen or heard of anyone, accused of such heinous crimes, not say anything and just sit there stone faced. If I didn't do this, and someone was calling me guilty, I wouldn't be able to contain or control myself. I would be publicly and privately lashing out my innocence. Jus say'n
  • @epicosa78
The only evidence is the touch DNA that is all. Also the prosecutor admitted that he DID NOT STALK THEM. His info is all wrong.
  • @Darlene-zw2ki
Does he not know that bill Thompson already said there was no evidence that Bryan stalked the victims ?
  • @smallwang7
One person goes through a 3 story house and kills 4 people without a scratch on himself or forensic evidence? A top military man couldn't do that. Why doesn't the news include the other oddities about the case. Some of the parents of the victims are heavy drug addicts. One of Kohberger's lawyers represented a drug case of one of the parents recently. There's a few weird debt/drug problems in that scene. That town could have some kind of weird drug/cult problem.
  • More weirdness...the delay in reporting, the demolition of the crime scene/ house, 4 people felled in 14 minutes etc.
