Got to give it to Witch and Waluigi, their relationship level was only 8% but they're undoubtedly the happiest and most stable couple in the whole series.

You know, Waluigi x Witch is the only relationship that is actually realistic in this series. It doesn't start well for Vinny as he expected for them to fall in love already, but slowly, they fell in love and has long-standing relationship.
